Another development that I finally got to see recently was the stylish 1245 Harwood by MONDIVAN and Revery Architecture out of Vancouver. I for one am happy to see more buildings with character and form being added to the skyline here.
1245 Harwood also isn’t your typical “Vancouver Box” condo. Each floor holds a single residence with private elevator access. Step right out into your marble foyer and into 2,205 square feet of luxury living space.
Inside you’ll see how well the space is used with nine foot ceilings and the windows to match. I for one love the cement beams that are showcased throughout and that English Bay view never disappoints.
With all that space means there is sufficient dining and living space along with gorgeous kitchens. When built these units were fitted with Bulthaup kitchens and Gaggenau appliances. This makes these condos feel more more like a home that’s livable instead of a small box that you’ll often find me complaining about.
Vancouver’s West End has its own unique charm and this building’s design blends in perfectly. This area is a bit more relaxed and somehow the streets are quiet within the hustle and bustle of this world-class city. This location is also close to the beach and you can make Stanley Park a part of your daily routine.
