Vancouver luxury condo sales in the $1-2 million dollar range are up six percent according to the RE/MAX 2018 Spotlight On Luxury report that just came out. A decline in foreign buyers means more local millennials are spending their money in this condo market.
There are a lot more modern architects and development companies eyeing up the skyline here as well. I think we’ll see a lot more action going into the future as we see a lot more designer buildings going up.
The most expensive condo sold in Vancouver last year was for $11.7M CAD and we’ll see if anything tops that in 2018. There are a few extremely high priced penthouses on the market still but they’re buyers are a few and far between.
Vancouver’s Most Expensive Condo Right Now
For $34.9M CAD the penthouse in the Fairmont Pacific Rim needs a new owner as it would be a shame not to enjoy this incredible palace in the sky. There’s most likely no better penthouse unit in the city and you’re going to have to call Malcolm Hasman to view it.
