This Quebec Estate Is Fit For Royalty…Or Scarface.

I just got this listing in my inbox from my friend who said I just had to see this one. He sure as hell wasn’t wrong and while I’ve seen my fair share of incredible estates in this country I would say this place is quite special. This place has a lot to offer which is good because it comes with a whopping 2,600,000 square feet of land.

While this estate in Saint-Mathieu-de-Beloeil was built in 1994, it looks and feels as if it were built way long ago. I don’t mean it looks dated, this place takes you back in time and has a certain charm the contemporary homes just don’t deliver.

5025 CH. DES GRANDS-COTEAUX 12

On the inside you’ll see from these photos that the level of craftsmanship and high quality of finishings in here are apparent straight away. From the woodwork to the vaulted ceilings, there are a lot of details to take note of.

As for the Scarface reference, that immediately came to mind as soon as I saw the bathroom pictured below. While not quite the same setup as the movie, it’s just so grandiose. The stonework in there is exquisite and you rarely see developers go to this extreme anymore.

Inside this estate you’ll find seven bedrooms and seven bath although there is a separate guest home however listing details are a bit foggy. It has a home theatre far nicer than any Cineplex and the home office and games room are rooms I’d personally never want to leave.

If you’re interested in 5025 Chemin des Grands-Coteaux it’s on the market for $8,900,000 CAD with Joseph Montanaro of Sotheby’s International Realty. If you would like to know the intimate details and or schedule a viewing please give Joseph a call via 514 660 3050 to get that going.
